TERMS

Net 30 day terms may be granted upon approval of a signed credit application. KNP Headwear reserves the right to revoke open terms at any time.
Forms of Payment
We accept payment by credit cards, cheques, wire transfers or Interac e-transfer. For COD orders, customers must pay before shipment. For larger orders, KNP may request a deposit on a case by case basis.

ORDER INFORMATION

We accept orders by phone, email, fax or on-line. Please note that our Customer Service may contact you to reconfirm your order if it is not placed by phone, e-mail or fax.

APPROVALS

If required, we can provide emailed photographs for approval for embroidery orders at no charge.
Decoration and Custom Projects
Orders for decoration and custom headwear must be submitted by email to our Customer Service. Our embroidery price list and our stock style price list are always available upon request.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS (FROM CUSTOMER)

If we have not started production, the order can be cancelled with no additional charges.
If production has started, there will be charges on a case by case basis. Please contact us right away.
If a sample has been made, then you will be charged for the sample at 3X the production price, regardless of whether you have that sample in hands or not (you will still be charged if we only sent you a photograph of the sample).

CHANGES

If production has not been started, there will be no charges.
If the order is in production, changes cannot be made and the order will be completed and charged in full.

DIGITIZING

Please contact us for our embroidery price list to see all the charges for digitization.

ORDER

It is understood that all sales and products are being produced legally. By placing an order, it is understood that we will not be held responsible for any design or copyright infringements.

REPEAT ORDERS

No sample will be provided with repeat orders, but if the repeat is from a year or more in the past, a price updates may apply. Please contact us.

COLOUR VARIANCE

Colour shade variations are inherent with any fabric during the dyeing process, and due to this we can only guarantee a colour match of at least 5% as per industry standards. Prolonged exposure to light or moisture may cause fading or discolouration and is not a defect in the cap.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped either from our Toronto warehouse, our Vancouver warehouse, or our Buffalo Warehouse. If shipment method is not specified, we will ship using the most economical and available choice.
