Every year huge volumes of crude oil, a scarce natural resource, is used to produce virgin plastic bottles for bottled water. Sadly it's the fastest growing beverage industry around the world. Thanks to recent recycling processes, we are able to regenerate these bottle wastes into recycled polyester yarns (PET). Not only does Recycled PET divert wastes from our landfills, most importantly it uses 75% less crude oil during production than virgin fibres.
