Q1: What is the minimum quantity of a custom order?
A:
500 Pcs/Style/Color/Design (Logo)
Orders less than 500 pcs/design will subject to final confirmation and surcharge

Q2: What is the approximate delivery lead-time?
A:
The length of delivery lead time is mainly subject to design
Sample delivery: 8 - 14 days after artwork and disc are received.
Bulk delivery (via sea): 65 - 75 days after sample approval is received.
Express delivery (via air): 35 - 45 days after sample approval is received.

Q3: How can I pay?
A:
C.O.D. (cash, certified cheque or bank draft) or Credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa or American Express)
Unless otherwise approved, 50% deposit is required for all custom orders upon order confirmation, while balance is payable upon delivery/pick up
Net 30 days upon credit approval (credit application must be submitted for our processing and approval)

Q4: What is your standard hat sizing?
A:
References can be made to our size chart.
For adjustable caps: Infant 48 - 52 cm
  Youth 53 - 58 cm
  Adult 56 - 61 cm

Q9: What is your general packing standard?
A:
Sea shipment: One dozen / polybag, 2 dozens / inner box, 12 dozens / carton
Air shipment: 15 pieces / polybag, 30 pieces / inner box, 180 pieces / carton
Customer's special packing request is acceptable. However, some minimum charge may apply on some occasions

Q10: What artwork is required for logo / design applications?
A:
You may provide the following:
Artwork: either colored or black/white with indications of exact sizes, colors and positions. You may send the artworks either by fax or email. In case of emailing, please send them in .jpg format.
Colors: Using Pantone or Isacord color numbers as reference.
Embroidery discs in .dst format for Tajima format. We can make the tape for you and no tape charge for order quantity in excess of 500 pcs per design, otherwise, there will be an embroidery set up charge.
For flock prints / screen printing: you can furnish us your color
positive films with indications of pantone color numbers. We can also make the positives for you. In such case, a printing set up charge is required.

Q11: What are the fancy or special ordered accessories we can provide?
A:
We definitely can provide endless options and limitless creative ideas to make your cap one of a kind. Here are some examples:
Embossed buckle or leather strap: there may be one time mould charge if order quantity is below our minimum requirement.
Fancy sandwich piping, printed logo inner-taping, labels with woven logo
